Outgoing exchange to Terapoto, Peru June 5,2010.  Ambassadors will enjoya pre-tour to Machu Picchu and Lakae Titicaca and surrounding areas from June 6-166 and a home stay in Terapoto from June 12-18th.  During the homestay, members of their club will join with our ambassadors in conducting a one-day clinic, on eye care, for people in the poorer areas of the city.  Reading glasses will be distributed to those who need them.  After the homestay there will be three days in Lima and on the 20th will begin a week of eye glass clinics with Hope Alliance for those who choose to stay.

Katleen Mason has worked very hard on the details of this exchange.  Julia Navarro, a member of our club who is from Peru, will e going and will be very helpful on the exchange and in assisting in the eye glass clinics.
